CharacteristicsBRANOfood baking release papers are printed special papers with excellent heat resistance properties and excellent release characteristics; they are available coated on one or both sides for single and double-sided use depending on the requirements and intended application purpose. BRANOfood baking papers “Blechrein” and “Blechrein supra” are used in the bread, cake and pastries industry to ease and speed up the manufacture of a wide range of products such as puff-pastry cookies, danish pastry, biscuits, croissants, short pastries, scones, Christmas baking, cakes, tarts, pizzas and bread.
Developed in collaboration with bakers, profiPAPER is a special baking paper that has been developed for use with savoury pastries. Using this paper, the finished product retains a distinctive taste and the salt solution remains clean. It’s also ideally suited to more challenging jobs such as baking cheese straws, which places great demands on the release quality of the baking papers.
Our special papers are put onto the baking trays or baking shapes and the food placed directly onto the paper. If baking is done at average oven temperatures between 200-220°C, these papers can be reused several times, promoting even browning on the upper and underside of the pastries. No more greasing baking trays before use and no more cleaning them afterwards - benefit from a clean and efficient baking system which allows you to remove the residue-free finished products from the tray without effort. |
Specially developed for a producer of brand products, Cross & Frit Paper represents a unique product solution by BRANO-pac for deep-frozen convenience foods. This baking liner has been backed with absorbent filter paper and coated on both sides to produce a baking paper that is ideally suited for French fries, croquettes, snacks and other fatty oven-baked products.
BRANOwinder is an accomplished product for the confectionary industry and is used by a renowned confectionary manufacturer to make sweet pastes. This twin-coloured, twin-coated baking liner with its specially developed release properties promotes the corporate image, acts as a storyboard and doubles as packaging.
Paper Quality and Printing
BRANOfood baking papers are available either unbleached (natural brown) or bleached and can be printed in one or more colours according to the customer’s specifications.

PhysiologyBRANOfood baking papers have no effect on health. The odourless and tasteless baking papers comply with recommendation XXXVI/2 of the German Federal Institute for Health Protection and Veterinary Medicine as well as regulations of the Foodstuffs and Consumer Goods Act. They are tested on a regular basis by independent institutes.
DisposalBRANOfood baking and separation papers can be introduced into an energyrecovery process and are suitable for composting. Unsoiled baking papers can also be recycled.
