F4 BRANOpan (Frying Paper)

Characteristics

Printed and coated on both sides, BRANOpan is a special paper with excellent heat resistance characteristics that is used for fat-free frying of meats for those who are on a diet or interested in healthy eating.

Application examples

Pour a thin layer of water into the frying pan and bring to the boil, lay the meat on the BRANOpan paper and place it into the frying pan. (The paper rolls up if it is put into the pan without the meat on it, making placing the meat onto the paper difficult.)

Fry the meat briefly for 2-3 min at a high temperature before having the heat applied. Continue frying until the meat is done as desired.

There must always be a small amount of moisture between the base of the pan and the paper, to prevent the paper from browning too quickly or even from burning on. When the layer of water between pan and paper has condensed, a small amount of water should be added carefully under the paper from the side. This procedure should be repeated as necessary. The meat’s frying time on the BRANO-pan paper is restricted to a maximum of 30 minutes.
