Material

Dual-sided siliconized, slightly crepe filter paper, based on a 100% sulphate cellulose product, ca. 86 g/m²

With special siliconization for preparing a large number of oven snacks.

Application

For use as a baking grill underlay in the preparation of a large number of finger and convenience foods, oven snacks and deep-freeze products such as French fries, roast potatoes, chicken wings, cheese sticks etc.

This filter paper has been designed to soak up excess fat during the baking process. Indeed, baking in this way can reduce the amount of fat in foods by up to 20%.

Thanks to its special coating, snacks can be removed easily and residue-free.

Suitable for temperatures of up to 220°C. The baking paper can be used several times.

When used as a dividing paper in the meat industry, BRANOfritt will soak up any juices escaping from the meat and can be removed easily thanks to its special coating.

Provides an ideal underlay for trays destined for supermarket displays.

Physiology

BRANOfritt has no effect on health.

The odourless and tasteless BRANOfritt complies with current recommendation XXXVI / 2 of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR).

Available product sizes

Rolls and sheets suitable for our working width of 150 cm.

Disposal

BRANOfritt can be introduced into an energy-recovery process and is also suitable for composting. Unsoiled paper can also be recycled.
