BRANOfol Cu

BRANOfol Cu is a special polyethylene film with an active VCI protection for copper and its alloys.

It is waterproof, weldable and ideal for automatic packing and bag production. BRANOfol Cu corrosion protection films are available in thicknesses from 40 to 300 μm, in different colors and as flat bags or stamping film.

The films emit minuscule amounts of corrosion protection agents into the air within the packaging on a continuous basis, thereby also protecting the metal surfaces that they do not touch directly. This way, the metals parts can be protected from corrosion during storage and transportation effectively.

The protecting atmosphere is – depending on the packaging volume – built up after a short time.
