BRANOpac welcomes six new trainees

Just in time for the start of the vocational training in 2017, BRANOpac GmbH, based in Lich, welcomed five new apprentices in four different professions on August 1st, as well as an intern who will gain practical experience in the industrial company as part of the vocational baccalaureate diploma.

New Trainees

Two industrial clerks, a packaging technology technician, a machine and plant operator as well as a specialist for warehouse logistics can look forward to a varied training period with many new challenges. It is particularly pleasing that BRANOpac has been able to offer a young man who managed to flee from a crisis area to Germany, the opportunity to integrate into the german working world. He got to know the company during a six-month internship, which took place as part of a project initiated by the district administration of Gießen, and qualified for a training position as a machine and plant operator.

After a warm welcome from the management, the first day of work for all new trainees began with a tour of the administration building, laboratory and production. The popular company rally with questions about BRANOpac offered the trainees a first opportunity to get to know each other, the new colleagues and the company better.

In addition to the eleven trainees who already work for BRANOpac, the company will be able to achieve a trainee quota of 10% with the new trainees once again. Accompanied by qualified supervisors, the young entrants will gain their first working experience in an international environment over the next few years, guaranteeing training at the highest level and with a wide range of development opportunities.

BRANOpac wishes the career beginners a good start!
