If you ask HR staff from the Giessen area what they have in their calendar for the last weekend in January, everyone will immediately think of the career fair “Chance”, including BRANOpac, who again attended the event in Gießen this year. A total of 7,000 visitors gathered information from 206 exhibitors on the topics education and employment, many of them also visited the BRANOpac booth.
Especially for undecided visitors BRANOpac was a welcome starting point due to the large number of training occupations (seven different occupations) - from chemical laboratory technicians and machine and plant operators to IT specialists for system integration, there was something for all interests.
The exhibition team looks back on two days full of interesting conversations with students, parents, teachers and potential applicants.
What a great opportunity the Chance is was reported by our training manager Ludmilla Branca and former trainee Mona Zimmer, who just recently finished her vocational training as an industrial clerk. She first got in touch with the company at the career fair some years ago and is now working for the marketing department – one of many examples that shows why the “Chance” is a great opportunity for school graduates.
