Quality is a factor that creates safety and trust among customers, suppliers as well as own employees. These requirements could be met again at the beginning of 2018 in the DQS-audit. Two auditors examined all requests for the quality management, the environmental management and the hygiene management in the company.
Within the audit that takes place once a year, the examiners were able to visualize the internal processes and the connected customer satisfaction of the BRANOpac customers in a consistently positive way. The outstanding quality performance can be reached by questioning the product applications of the customers in a very detailed way and by offering tailor-made solutions for every customer request. That way flexible as well as customer-oriented standards of quality of all BRANOpac products can be developed and delivered to the satisfaction of the customer for every kind of application.
Additionally, a fast and innovative operating within the company concerning product developments was also verified with the audit. Thus, BRANOpac can assert itself on the worldwide markets. Adaptions to the always-changing market requirements or the increasing demand in questions of legal bases or environmental regulations are put into practice in the company in a fast and efficient way.
